Recruitment positions


Weaving Factory Manager (300,000-500,000 RMB/year)
1. 30-45 years old, with a junior college degree or above in a textile engineering related major;
2. Possesses rich experience in chemical fiber textile production management or market marketing, familiar with blackout cloth or four-way stretch and related fabric production or marketing management;
3. Possesses strong team building, cost control, and market development capabilities;
4. For outstanding candidates, the educational requirements may be relaxed.
Dyeing Factory Manager (300,000-500,000 RMB/year)
1. Junior college degree or above, preferably in light chemical engineering or dyeing and finishing related majors, with more than 8 years of experience in the dyeing and finishing industry;
2. Familiar with dyeing and finishing post-processing technology, mastering woven fabric, vat dyeing processes, production equipment, and dyeing factory operation management;
3. Possesses organizational capabilities for comprehensive factory management, external liaison and coordination capabilities, and strong planning and execution capabilities.
Garment Factory Manager (300,000-400,000 RMB/year)
1. 30-45 years old, with a junior college degree or above, preferably in clothing design and engineering;
2. More than ten years of experience in garment production management, including more than three years of experience as a garment factory manager or similar position. The requirement may be adjusted for candidates with experience in workwear production management;
3. Familiar with garment production processes, man-hours, and unit prices for each process;
4. Understands lean production and is skilled in single-piece flow;
5. Possesses strong team building, communication, coordination, and cost control capabilities.
Curtain Design and Development Director (200,000-300,000 RMB/year)
1. Junior college degree or above, in a textile-related major;
2. Familiar with curtain fabric development trends, with the ability to design curtain fabric materials and structures;
3. Familiar with the development workflow;
4. Possesses strong goal management and organizational planning capabilities.
Chairman's Assistant (150,000-200,000 RMB/year)
1. Bachelor's degree or above, in law, business administration, public administration, or other liberal arts majors;
2. Good image and temperament, positive and cheerful personality, with a certain degree of affinity;
3. Strong pressure resistance, quick thinking, strong adaptability, and full of work enthusiasm;
4. Willing to take on challenging work and has a good team spirit;
5. Possesses good verbal expression and communication and coordination skills;
6. Fluent writing and strong writing skills;
7. The work location for this position is Xiaoshan or Huzhou Anji.
Equipment Director (120,000-200,000 RMB/year)
1. More than 10 years of experience in this industry, proficient in the maintenance and repair of water jet looms;
2. Has team management experience and good communication, coordination, and organizational planning abilities;
3. The work location for this position is Huzhou Anji.
Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager (120,000-200,000 RMB/year)
1. Male, junior college degree or above, in water treatment, environmental engineering, applied chemistry, water supply and drainage, or related majors;
2. More than five years of wastewater treatment experience, preferably familiar with the wastewater treatment process in the textile industry;
3. Familiar with the working principles and methods of wastewater treatment, with a solid professional technical foundation;
4. The work location for this position is Huzhou Anji.
Business Manager (100,000-300,000 RMB/year)
1. Gender not limited, strong enthusiasm for sales work, high school degree or above;
2. Has sales experience, those with experience in the textile industry are preferred;
3. Tenacious personality, with good communication and expression skills;
4. Requires a personal vehicle and a C1 driver's license.
Industry veteran sales staff mentoring training, allowing you to quickly get started without confusion!
Bag fabric sales (10-30W/year)
1. High school diploma or above, experience in bag fabric sales preferred;
2. Adaptable to business trips, holding a C1 driver's license, and requires a personal vehicle;
3. Good communication and coordination skills.
Dyeing follow-up (7-9W/year)
1. Familiar with the production process of dyeing plants, relevant work experience preferred;
2. Junior college diploma or above, more than 3 years of follow-up work experience.
Fabric purchaser (6-8W/year)
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 1-3 years of purchasing experience, preferred experience in purchasing materials for band-aids, straps, packaging, and hardware accessories, textile engineering majors preferred.
2. Familiar with the market transaction information of bulk commodities (such as petroleum) is preferred;
3. Familiar with the purchasing workflow and has market research capabilities;
4. Possesses good business negotiation, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills;
5. Work seriously and responsibly, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Fabric R&D Trainee (4-5W/year)
1. Recent graduates from related majors such as textile engineering and clothing design;
2. Willing to work in textile-related work (marketing, R&D, production);
3. Strong learning ability, learning to analyze various defects generated in the sales process of new products;
4. Good communication skills and team spirit, proactive and responsible.
