In accordance with the requirements of modern enterprise development, the company comprehensively introduced the CIS strategy, enhancing the company's corporate image. A new 6,000-square-meter factory building was built in the Zhejiang Nanyang Economic Development Zone according to the international GMP standard, enabling the company to embark on a path of diversified development.

March 6, 2008 The newly introduced equipment of the jet weaving factory successfully started joint commissioning, making the company's equipment level and product competitiveness far ahead of its domestic counterparts and reaching international standards. The annual output value of the company's textile industry will exceed 600 million yuan, further establishing the leading position of the company's textile industry.
November 25, 2008 Due to the expansion of Xiaoshan International Airport, the original Textile Branch No. 1 was relocated to Hezhuang Industrial Park. Through leasing, acquisition, and integration, the product structure of Textile Branch No. 1 was further optimized, and supporting facilities were further improved. Facing the new round of reshuffle brought by the international financial crisis to the industry, Yongninger took the opportunity to establish Textile Branch No. 5, further expanding the company's production capacity.
January 11, 2009 The Yongninger Group 2008 Summary and New Year's Meeting was grandly held at the Guanchao City Resort. This meeting was an important meeting held after the company completed relocation, leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and capacity expansion.
On March 28, 2009, the Yongning'er Business School was established, and the opening ceremony for the MBA training class for managers was held in the 4th-floor meeting room of the Yongning'er headquarters. This marked the official launch of Yongning'er Group's talent strategy and the construction of a learning-oriented enterprise.

 

Development Stages
From December 29, 2009, to present: The Anji Yongning'er Textile Engineering Project, a landmark project in the history of Yongning'er's development, commenced construction in the Tianzihu Modern Industrial Park in Anji County. The project's overall plan covers 980 mu (approximately 65 hectares), divided into three phases, with a total investment of 1.2 billion RMB. Phase one, covering 132 mu (approximately 8.8 hectares) with a construction area of 64,000 square meters, has a total investment of 280 million RMB. It primarily focuses on a project with an annual output of 150 million meters of chemical fiber home textiles and chemical fiber raw material texturing. Phase one was completed and put into production at the end of August 2010, achieving an annual output value of 1 billion RMB. Upon completion of all three phases, the project is expected to achieve an output value of 3 billion RMB.
On January 24, 2010, Yongning'er Group's 2009 annual summary and New Year's meeting was grandly held at the Xiaoshan Guanchao City Resort. This meeting represented a strategic turning point for Yongning'er, seizing opportunities for expansion amidst the global financial crisis and a new round of industry reshuffling.
On January 14, 2010, Yongning'er Group in Nanyang Economic Development Zone was awarded the title of "Safe Production Demonstration Enterprise" by the Xiaoshan District People's Government.
On April 6, 2010, Yongning'er Group, after rigorous expert review by the Hangzhou Municipal Economic Commission, was awarded the title of "Management Innovation Demonstration Enterprise" in Hangzhou.
On September 6, 2010, the "Practical Teaching Base" of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology was unveiled at Yongning'er Group, marking Yongning'er Group's entry into the "industry-academia-research" path.
On November 8, 2010, with the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, "Yongning'er Group Co., Ltd." was officially established. As the parent company of Yongning'er Group, its subsidiaries are involved in four major industries: chemical fiber raw materials, chemical fiber weaving, medical textiles, and medical dressings. The establishment of the enterprise group reflects the company's scale, competitiveness, and strength, marking its official entry into the first echelon of industry competition and its transition towards modern industrial and commercial enterprise management.
On January 15, 2011, Yongning'er Group Co., Ltd.'s 2010 annual summary and New Year's meeting was held at the Anji Meilin Resort.
On July 9, 2011, Yongning'er Group organized 103 managers for outdoor expansion training in Ningbo Xikou.
On August 26, 2011, Chairman Li Yongshui led a team to visit Haier Group for study, providing reference for the company's next steps in promoting and improving the all-staff strategic business unit (SBU) operation, corporate culture, and development strategy.
In 2011, sales reached 1.02 billion yuan, and the group's employees numbered over 1,600. The first phase of Yongning'er Group's development strategic plan was successfully completed on schedule, further solidifying the group's "three foundations": weaving foundation, market foundation, and management foundation. This laid the groundwork for achieving annual sales of 2 billion yuan by around 2015, completing the group's second-stage development strategic goals.
On January 5, 2012, Yongning'er Group's 2011 annual summary and New Year's meeting was held. Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a work report titled "Sticking to the Goal, Seizing the Moment, and Moving Forward with Confidence." This meeting, held at a new stage of development, was a pivotal event for Yongning'er, propelling its cause towards its set goals.
In 2012, Chairman Li Yongshui proposed that the year's work priorities should be: upholding the banner of development, seizing opportunities, and focusing on further strengthening the weaving, market, and management foundations. The goal was to expand the production scale of weaving and upstream raw materials, striving for sales targets of 1.3 billion yuan and aiming for 1.5 billion yuan.
February 2012: Construction of Anji Weaving Branch Two began.
March 2012: Chairman Li Yongshui led senior group executives on a fact-finding trip to South Korea.
May 2012: Under the personal direction of Chairman Li Yongshui, Yongning'er Group signed a teaching and training agreement with Zhejiang University's Continuing Education College for a "Systematic Management Advanced Training Class for Middle and Upper-Level Managers." The first batch of 72 trainees will receive 2.5 years of management training at Zhejiang University, marking the beginning of a new round of learning and improvement for Yongning'er's cadre team.
June 2012: Following Chairman Li Yongshui's instructions, and in the spirit of the Red Army's Long March—its indomitable spirit and unwavering will—a special training camp, "Yongning'er Sales Team Retracing the Red Army's Route, the New Long March," was organized. Forty sales personnel embarked on a foot march from Xiaoshan to Jinggangshan.
July 2012: Yongning'er Anji base's sales in the first half of 2012 ranked sixth among the top ten industrial enterprises in Anji County.
On January 19, 2013, Yongning'er Group's 2012 annual summary and New Year's meeting was grandly held at the Xiaoshan Jinma Hotel. Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a work report titled "Focusing on Management, Reducing Costs, and Exploring Market Development." 186 representatives from the group's 13 operating units attended the meeting. The meeting set the 2013 business target of achieving sales revenue of 1.6 billion yuan, aiming for 1.8 billion yuan.
July 18, 2013 Yongning Group's 2013 first-half work conference was held at Xiaoshan Nanyang Guanchao Resort. 196 management representatives from 14 operating units of the Group and 20 frontline employee representatives attended the meeting. Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a work report titled "Improving Work Efficiency, Showcasing Self-Worth, and Achieving a Win-Win Dream."
November 14, 2013 Anji's mainstream official newspaper, "Anji News," featured Yongning on the front page of its economic section with a lengthy article titled "Yongning: Stability Through Moderation." The article reported on Yongning Anji's remarkable achievement of a 46.5% year-on-year increase in sales revenue during the first three quarters, despite the "three mountains" of textile overcapacity, declining export demand, and rising labor costs. After more than four years of construction, the Yongning Anji base has become the fourth largest industrial enterprise in Anji County.
2013 The company entered a stage of rapid development and high-intensity investment, expanding the weaving sector, and various subsidiaries upgraded and added 737 sets of equipment.
August 2013 The large-scale documentary "Footprints of Dreams" was completed, comprehensively recording Li Yongshui's leadership of Yongning people's arduous journey of entrepreneurship and continuous growth.
By the end of 2013 Anji Yongning Textile officially obtained government approval and land use rights certificates for 487.3 mu (approximately 32.5 hectares), with nearly 150,000 square meters of completed and under-construction factories.
January 12, 2014 Yongning Group's 2013 summary and New Year's meeting was held at the Jinma Hotel. Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a work report titled "Dedicated Work, Continuous Transcendence, Embarking on a New Journey of Steady Development for the Company."
July 19, 2014 Yongning Group's 2014 first-half business work conference was held in the No. 2 building meeting room on Nanyang Street in the Airport Economic Zone. Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a work report titled "Dedication, Transcendence, Unity, Mutual Benefit."
September 24, 2014 The Xiaoshan District People's Government held a special meeting with banks, tax authorities, and industrial and commercial management departments. The meeting confirmed that banks would not withdraw or reduce loans, ensuring Yongning Group's normal operation, and agreed to Yongning Group's application for Xiaoshan District government's fiscal emergency funds. This resolved the risk of a broken capital chain caused by the bankruptcy of Daide Industry and other companies, enabling Yongning Group to successfully achieve a "soft landing" in resolving its capital chain risks.
2014 Annual sales revenue reached 1.862 billion, the highest in history.
January 27, 2015 Yongning Group's 2014 annual summary and New Year's meeting was held at the Xiaoshan Jinma Hotel. Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a work report titled "Dedicated Management, Focused Cost Reduction, Everyone Creates Miracles."
July 18, 2015 Yongning Group's 2015 first-half business work conference was held in the meeting room on Nanyang Street in the Airport Economic Zone. Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a work report titled "Proactive, Collaborative, Transcendence."
2015 Construction of No. 4 elastic yarn workshop in Anji began, and No. 6 and 7 weaving workshops were completed and put into use. Supporting office buildings and canteens entered the decoration phase. Xiaoshan Yongning Industrial Company relocated its four-sided elastic yarn production to the Anji base, phasing out Yuejian elastic yarn machines, and establishing a Chun Ya textile branch. The Anji Yongning base has become a modern textile industrial park with industrial clusters and complete supporting facilities.
January 19, 2016 Yongning Group's 2015 annual summary and New Year's meeting was held at the Xiaoshan Jinma Hotel. Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a work report titled "New Goals, New Ideas, New Sharing."
July 16, 2016 Yongning Group's 2016 first-half business work conference was held in the No. 2 building meeting room on Nanyang Street, Hangzhou Airport. Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a work report titled "Mechanisms to Unleash Potential, Increase Efficiency and Income." Chairman Li Yongshui comprehensively expounded on the company's "one to eight" management principles, and the Anji base's four-sided elastic yarn sector's "miniaturization of operating units" restructuring officially commenced.
2016 Textile production capacity continued to expand, with sales of the main products, blackout fabrics, four-sided elastic fabrics, and interlinings, experiencing a surge in both volume and price, resulting in strong production and sales.
October 31, 2016 Chairman Li Yongshui obtained a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the joint program of the Hong Kong City University Business School and Fudan University School of Management.
January 12, 2017 Yongning Group's 2016 annual summary and New Year's meeting was grandly held at the Xiaoshan five-star Jinma Hotel. Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a work report titled "Challenge Self, Enhance Team, Strive for High Efficiency." The Yongning SBU operating mechanism continued to improve, the vitality of various operating units was further stimulated, and the overall risk resistance of the Group significantly improved.
June 5, 2017 Yongning Group's smart factory construction project was launched at the Group headquarters, marking the Group's adherence to the latest developments and a key step towards digital management.
July 15, 2017 Yongning Group's 2017 first-half business work conference was held in the main conference room of the Anji base administration building. Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a work report titled "Position is not important, face is important, I want to do it, come on!" This meeting was the first to be held at the Anji base headquarters and was a summary meeting of the great business success achieved by the four-sided elastic yarn sector after the division into smaller operating units, achieving "a hundred schools of thought contend, a hundred boats race, creating miracles."
2017 More than 1,300 sets of elastic yarn, front-end, and weaving equipment were replaced, upgraded, and newly installed throughout the year. The company's industrial chain supporting facilities became more complete, and the "five industrial clusters" of elastic yarn raw materials, weaving front-end preparation, blackout fabrics, four-sided elastic fabrics, and interlinings were initially established.
January 20, 2018 Yongning'er Group's 2017 Annual Summary and New Year's Meeting was grandly held at the Xiaoshan Jinma Hotel. Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a keynote work report titled "Unified Goals, United Strength, Striving to Be the First." 2017 was a year of rapid development for the company as it entered a new journey of secondary entrepreneurship, achieving sales revenue of RMB 2.18 billion, once again breaking the historical record of operating scale. The "Yongning'er Meritorious Gold Medal Award" was established for the first time at this meeting, specifically to commend and reward the general managers of branch companies (operating entities) whose operating performance ranked first in the industry group and whose operating performance was outstanding. At this meeting, Hu Zuming, general manager of Anji Base Textile Branch 1, Bian Yongcheng, general manager of production, and Bai Chunjiang, general manager of Anji Four-sided Elastic Branch 2, were awarded the "Yongning'er Meritorious Gold Medal Award" for their outstanding operating performance, and Chairman Li Yongshui presented them with the medals.
July 18, 2018 Yongning'er Group's 2018 First Half-Year Business Work Meeting was held at the Anji base. Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a work report titled "Product Differentiation, Standardized Management, Maximized Profit." The "small entity, great vitality, two bosses" operating mechanism continued to release energy, leading the four-sided elastic industry group to create miracles in profitability.
June and September 2018 Yongning'er Group's second and third-term management teams successfully held an expansion training and 41-kilometer march in Jinggangshan, "Retracing the Red Army's Path and Embarking on a New Long March," to hone their willpower and character. Chairman Li Yongshui personally led the team in the third training session and successfully completed all training items.
2018 1. Eight sets of warp knitting technology were upgraded, four lines were added to the front-end, and a total of 915 sets of blackout fabrics, four-sided elastic fabrics, and lining fabrics were expanded, resulting in an overall increase in industry chain capacity of approximately 25%.

2018 Gao Erjiang, general manager of Anji Four-sided Elastic Branch 3, and Zhou Chengmu, general manager of Xiaoshan Base Textile Branch 2 (1), were awarded the annual "Yongning'er Meritorious Gold Medal Award" for their outstanding operating performance.

2019 Yongning'er Group's capacity expansion project construction reached a new peak. 17 sets of warp knitting machines were expanded and upgraded, 8 production lines for warping and sizing were expanded and upgraded, 977 sets of four-sided elastic and lining fabrics were added and replaced, 264 sets of blackout fabrics were expanded and replaced, a new 17,000-square-meter factory building was put into use at the Anji base, a 10,800-square-meter factory building was started, a phase II wastewater treatment project with a daily processing capacity of 7,000 tons was put into use, a 35-kilovolt power transmission and transformation project was completed, the phase II splicing workshop at the Xiaoshan base was completed, and a 1,600-ton full-function wastewater treatment system was started. Yongning'er Group has fully entered the fast lane of development in the new journey of secondary entrepreneurship, further consolidating the strategic foundation for advancing towards the development goal of "10,000 weaving machines".

January 9, 2020 Yongning'er Group's 2019 Annual Summary and New Year's Meeting was held at the Xiaoshan Jinma Hotel. Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a work report titled "New Goals, New Ideas, New Highlights." In 2019, Gao Yifeng, general manager of the lining fabric branch, Gao Erjiang, general manager of Anji Four-sided Elastic Branch 3, and Zhang Mingjun, general manager of Anji Base Textile Branch 3 (3), were awarded the annual "Yongning'er Meritorious Gold Medal Award" for their outstanding operating performance.
January 2020 The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic rapidly spread globally, triggering an unprecedented health disaster in human modern history. The global economy suffered the most severe damage since World War I. In the face of the crisis, faced with the situation of "one mask is hard to find" for domestic and foreign epidemic prevention masks, Chairman Li Yongshui decided to "fight the epidemic with all his might" while setting up production lines for masks and other epidemic prevention materials. On February 13, Chairman Li Yongshui flew to Shenzhen alone to discuss mask production equipment. On February 18, at the government's request, he manually produced emergency epidemic prevention masks, and on the evening of March 7, the first mask machine was put into operation for commissioning and production.
May 8, 2020 The planned "30th Anniversary of the Establishment of Yongning'er Group" celebration was postponed due to the COVID-19 epidemic.
July 15, 2020 Yongning Group's 2020 first-half business meeting was held at the Anji base, where Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a work report titled "Refining Internal Strength, Focusing on Quality, and Seizing Opportunities for Development."
November 27, 2020 Jiangnan Shijia Pharmaceutical's disposable medical masks and surgical masks successfully passed the strict on-site review and inspection by the expert group of the Zhejiang Provincial Drug Supervision and Administration Bureau, obtaining the national Class II medical device system verification and the nationally issued "Medical Device Registration Certificate." The acquisition of the "green card" of the "Medical Device Registration Certificate" marks Jiangnan Shijia Pharmaceutical's entry into the highest level of the industry, joining the ranks of the national medical device team, and becoming a milestone in its explosive development.
By the end of 2020 Driven by the completion of 12 automated mask production lines, resources were optimized and integrated. Five major business units—the Mask Business Unit, Protective Clothing Business Unit, Bandage Business Unit, Tape Business Unit, and Band-aid Business Unit—operated under a new mechanism. A large number of medical device professionals were recruited, high-standard purification workshops were expanded, advanced intelligent equipment was introduced, management systems were established, and new office spaces were put into use, resulting in explosive development for Jiangnan Shijia Pharmaceutical.
January 23, 2021 Yongning Group's 2020 annual summary and New Year's meeting was grandly held in the press conference hall of the Hangzhou International Expo Center. The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 brought unprecedented challenges and pressure to Yongning. While ensuring COVID-19 prevention and control, Yongning Group simultaneously focused on limiting production and reducing inventory to compress cash flow expenditures, and on maintaining market share, survival, and safe operations, achieving a complete victory in the "battle" of epidemic prevention and control, orderly resumption of work, seizing opportunities for development, and ensuring safe enterprise operations! The people of Yongning composed a heroic song of "unity, unwavering faith, and dedicated service."
2020 Peng Gongqin, general manager of Anji Base Textile 2 (1) Branch, and Zhu Haijiang, general manager of Anji Base Chun Ya Textile 1 Branch, led their teams to achieve top performance in the shading cloth industry group and the four-way stretch industry group respectively, winning the company's annual meritorious gold medal. Chairman Li Yongshui presented them with the gold medal.
Evening of January 23, 2021 The "Yongning Group 30th Anniversary Celebration" was grandly held in the press conference hall of the Hangzhou International Expo Center.
