May 8, 1990
Li Yongshui founded the “Nanyang Network Silk Factory in Xiaoshan City” with a capital of 15,000 RMB and six employees. This marked the starting point for the development and growth of the Yongning’er Group.
March 8, 1992
Established the Xiaoshao Silk Joint Venture in collaboration with Shaoxing Silk Factory No. 1.
March 1993
Introduce textile-related supporting equipment, such as shuttle looms, to truly establish large-scale production.
April 25, 1994
After merging with Wanfeng Textile Mill, the company’s production capacity and operating performance increased several times that year.
May 30, 1995
Xiaoshan Yongsheng Silk Co., Ltd. was established, and it has also developed medical elastic fabric, thereby broadening its business scope.
March 1996
The existing shuttle looms were completely replaced with rapier looms, improving quality and expanding the variety of products.
