At 18:18 on July 16, 2019, just after the conclusion of Yongning’er Group’s semiannual general meeting, a thrilling tug-of-war competition between the management teams from the Xiaoshan and Anji bases once again unfolded, delivering an electrifying spectacle. On the passageway in front of the administrative office annex at the Anji base, crowds surged with fervent excitement. Each team plunged into intense preparations—some brainstorming strategies, others flexing their muscles, and still others brimming with eagerness to give it their all. As soon as the referee gave the starting signal, waves of powerful chants from the tug-of-war athletes and cheers from the cheering squads rose one after another, resounding through the skies. In this match, the outcome had ceased to matter; what truly mattered was that the competition had united the teams in an overwhelming display of solidarity, showcasing the Yongning’er spirit of “self-reliance and relentless perseverance, united in purpose.” The match demonstrated the courage and boldness needed to achieve the year’s business targets, adding a positive and energetic atmosphere of “striving for excellence and constantly surpassing ourselves” to the semiannual general meeting.
