At 8:28 a.m. on July 16, the 2019 First-Half Business Work Conference of Yongning’er Group Co., Ltd. was solemnly held in the main conference room of the administrative office building at the Anji base. Representatives from the group’s functional management team, as well as frontline employee representatives—totaling 300 individuals—who had been carefully selected from among production, sales, and management personnel across 32 business units in the two major bases of Xiaoshan and Anji—gathered together to represent the group’s 2,300 employees. The meeting served to summarize the first-half-year’s work, share achievements, recognize outstanding performers, and boost morale, with the hope that in the second half of the year, everyone will regroup, recommit themselves, and strive for even greater accomplishments!

Chairman Li Yongshui, with an international perspective and at the forefront of industry development, analyzed the global and domestic economic situation as well as industry trends. He provided a comprehensive and objective summary of Yongning’er Group’s operational and management activities for the first half of the year, fully recognizing the remarkable achievements made by all business units and every member of the Yongning’er family through their tenacious efforts and continuous pursuit of excellence.
Director Li pointed out that, in the face of a complex and challenging market environment in the first half of the year, Yongning’er Group firmly seized upon market changes and evolving demands, decisively adjusted its product structure, further leveraged its advantages in industrial chain integration, and unleashed the creativity and flexibility of each business unit. Guided and driven by the principle of “aligning profit targets across all Taiwan-machine product lines,” all business units within the group united as one, focused relentlessly on their goals, and with the courage and sense of responsibility to “strive for first place,” they competed fiercely and vied for supremacy. As a result, new profit targets for Taiwan machines were repeatedly broken, and the team’s potential continued to be unleashed amid challenges, steadily enhancing its ability to generate value. This enabled the group as a whole to achieve a virtuous cycle of “risk resistance, predictable performance, controllable operations, and steady growth.” In the first half of the year, the group delivered outstanding results that surpassed previous historical highs, greatly inspiring all Yongning’er employees!

While acknowledging the company’s achievements, Chairman Li also pointed out existing shortcomings and gaps within the company, outlined the Group’s operational guidelines for the second half of the year, and highlighted the key priorities for each industrial cluster and business unit in the coming months. In particular, regarding the theme of this conference, Chairman Li emphasized that unity and solidarity are the fundamental guarantee for us to pursue our goals, pool our strengths, and achieve victory; shared objectives are the source of our strength—enabling us to stay focused, mobilize resources efficiently, and make a vigorous final push; and striving to be number one embodies our commitment to refusing mediocrity, continuously surpassing ourselves, and making our lives truly remarkable!
Director Li pointed out that the theme established for this conference is essential for Yongning’er Group to fully enter a new era of development and rapidly replicate its team; it is necessary to ensure the healthy and dynamic evolution of the organizational structure; it is crucial for solidifying the shared values underlying the management and operational teams; and, above all, it is vital for achieving corporate goals both efficiently and effectively, enhancing employee well-being, and making greater contributions to society.
