At 8:28 a.m., the conference was solemnly opened in the main conference hall of the administrative office building at the Anji base. Representatives from the group company’s functional management team, along with 33 sub- and subsidiary companies (operating entities) from the two major bases—Xiaoshan and Anji—covering various industrial sectors, as well as selected outstanding frontline employees, totaling 349 elite participants from all walks of life, gathered together. Representing more than 2,300 employees of the group company, these participants, driven by a shared vision for the company’s future and entrusted with the weighty responsibilities of our times, reviewed their work in the first half of the year, shared their achievements, recognized outstanding individuals who have risen to prominence, and rekindled their motivation for moving forward. With this renewed energy, they are determined to overcome difficulties together in the second half of the year, ensuring safe operations and boldly tackling challenges to break new ground and achieve breakthroughs.
