On the morning of March 5, 2025, the kickoff meeting for Yongning’er Group’s digital transformation project was successfully held at the headquarters. Chairman Li Yongshui, General Manager Gao Lifeng, Vice President Chen Fang, selected senior executives from Yongning’er Group, and the management team of the Information Center gathered together with leaders, project managers, and experts from well-known domestic companies in the industrial digitalization field—including Zhang Chao, General Manager of the Business Division of Shenzhen Inovance Technology Co., Ltd., and Fang Jianbin, General Manager of Hangzhou Utime Software Co., Ltd.—in a temporary classroom at the headquarters to jointly witness the launch of Yongning’er Group’s digital transformation project. The kickoff meeting was chaired by Zhao Weidong, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Group Company.

Mr. Chen Yong, advisor to the Informationization Engineering Construction Committee of Yongning’er Group, first introduced to the attendees the background behind the launch of Yongning’er’s digital transformation project, the specific projects undertaken by the collaborating partners, and the basic details of the project implementation steps. Xie Xiaoping, Project Manager from Hangzhou Youshi Software Co., Ltd., and Li Changlin, Project Manager from Shenzhen Inovance Technology Co., Ltd., respectively presented and explained the project plans and progress.

The Yongning’er Digital Transformation Project will focus on the digital transformation and upgrade of Yongning’er Group’s entire industrial chain manufacturing system. Through digital system integration, the project will achieve digitalization across all areas of the company’s operations and management, injecting new momentum into Yongning’er Group’s sustained and healthy development.

Finally, Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a speech. He pointed out that, to ensure the project progresses according to schedule and achieves the desired outcomes, we must: First, establish incentive measures. Each team is required to develop project promotion incentive mechanisms—based on thorough deliberation and tailored to their specific implementation steps—to boost team motivation and drive. Second, enhance project engagement. We need to involve more than 2,300 employees of Yongning’er Group in the project, enabling them to experience firsthand the benefits that digital transformation brings to their respective roles, thereby strengthening their sense of involvement and fulfillment. Third, advance both software and hardware development in parallel. We must remain focused and solidify the foundation of our digital transformation efforts, striving for tangible results. Fourth, conduct rigorous assessments of external project teams regarding timeliness, quality, and compatibility. Chairman Li urged the entity responsible for Yongning’er Group’s digital transformation project to closely cooperate and work synergistically to ensure smooth project implementation. He wished the project every success and hoped it would achieve its intended results at an early date.

The convening of this conference marks a significant milestone: following the completion of its smart factory, Yongninger is keeping pace with the times, actively embracing digital transformation, and taking firm steps toward digitalization.
