Job Requirements: 1. Age: 30–45 years old; educational background: associate degree or above, with preference given to those majoring in fashion design or engineering; 2. Over 10 years of experience in apparel production management, including at least 3 years of experience as a factory director or in a similar role. The requirement for experience in workwear production management may be relaxed appropriately; 3. Familiar with apparel production processes, including the duration and unit price of each production stage; 4. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and proficiency in single-piece flow production; 5. Strong capabilities in team building, communication and coordination, and cost control.
