Job Requirements: 1. Associate degree or above; preference given to candidates with a major in light chemical engineering or dyeing and finishing. At least 8 years of work experience in the dyeing and finishing industry. 2. Familiar with post-dyeing and finishing technologies, and proficient in woven fabrics, vat dyeing processes, production equipment, and dyeing plant operations management. 3. Possess strong organizational and team-building skills for comprehensive factory management, as well as excellent external liaison and coordination abilities and robust planning and execution capabilities.
