Job Requirements:
1. Aged 30-45, with an associate’s degree or higher; majors in fashion design and engineering are preferred.
2. More than 10 years of experience in apparel production management, including at least 3 years of experience as a factory director or in a similar position in an apparel factory. The requirement for experience in workwear production management may be appropriately relaxed.
3. Be familiar with the garment production process flow, the labor hours for each process, and the unit prices.
4. Understand lean production and excel at single-piece flow;
5. Possess strong capabilities in team building, communication and coordination, and cost control.
