1. Associate degree or above; preference given to candidates with a major in light chemical engineering or dyeing and finishing. At least 8 years of work experience in the dyeing and finishing industry.

2. Be familiar with post-dyeing and finishing technologies, and have a solid grasp of woven fabrics, vat dyeing processes, production equipment, and dyeing factory operations management.

3. Possesses organizational skills for comprehensive factory management, external liaison and coordination abilities, and strong capabilities in plan execution.
