After undergoing rigorous approval and filing procedures and with meticulous implementation of all epidemic prevention and control measures, the 2020 Annual Summary and New Year’s Welcome Meeting of Yongning’er Group Co., Ltd. was held as scheduled at 8:28 a.m. on January 23 in the Press Conference Hall. The meeting opened to the sound of the majestic national anthem and the resolute recitation of the team’s motto. Dr. Li Yongshui, Chairman of the Board, delivered the annual work report titled “Break Through Yourself, Embrace Change, and Persevere.” The meeting was chaired by Zhao Weidong, Executive Vice President of the Group.

Director Li analyzed the international and domestic economic conditions as well as industry trends under the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and summarized and reviewed the development achievements made by Yongning’er Group. Director Li pointed out that in 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic delivered an unprecedented blow to the textile industry, and Yongning’er faced unprecedented pressure and challenges. At a critical juncture, while effectively controlling and preventing the epidemic, the group company simultaneously focused on reducing production and clearing inventories on one hand, and on safeguarding the market, ensuring survival, and maintaining safe operations on the other. As a result, it achieved a decisive victory in the battle to control the epidemic, resume work in an orderly manner, and ensure the safe operation of the enterprise! At the same time, seizing opportunities amid adversity, Jiangnan Shijia Pharmaceutical Company has achieved exponential growth, the textile industry has maintained high-intensity investment, and the industrial chain’s supporting facilities have been further improved. At the meeting, Chairman Li outlined the overall business guidelines for Yongning’er Group in 2021 and laid out the operational strategies for each industrial cluster. Heads of various business units and heads of functional management departments each delivered brief reports and shared their experiences with the assembly. The general managers of the 38 branches (business units) signed the “2021 Business Target Responsibility Letters” with Chairman Li Yongshui. Some representatives also made solemn commitments, pledging to perform their duties effectively in 2021 and achieve new goals.

On the morning of March 5, 2025, the kickoff meeting for Yongning’er Group’s digital transformation project was successfully held at the headquarters.
