On the evening of January 23, 2021, the press conference hall at the Hangzhou National Expo Center was aglow with colorful lights, breathtakingly beautiful and brimming with a festive atmosphere. On the giant electronic screen, the golden words “Chasing Dreams for Thirty Years—Striding Forward on a New Journey” shone brilliantly against a vibrant red backdrop. At 5:58 p.m., the grand gala celebrating the 30th anniversary of Yongninger’s founding, themed “Chasing Dreams for Thirty Years—Striding Forward on a New Journey,” was held with great fanfare.

After the six hosts announced in unison that the gala had officially begun, Chairman Li Yongshui led five veteran employees—each representing a different stage of the company’s entrepreneurial journey—onto the stage. Holding the button to activate the pillar display, they pressed it simultaneously. As the audience, including all Yongning’er colleagues, counted down in unison: “Three, two, one”—the words “Embarking on the Next Thirty Years” instantly appeared in bold and striking fashion! This marked the official sounding of the “assembly call” for all Yongning’er employees as they set off on a new journey toward the next thirty years! The entire venue erupted in enthusiastic applause!

Next, Chairman Li Yongshui presented commemorative cups and souvenirs for the 30th anniversary of Yongning’er Group to the first group of veteran employees who took to the stage. Following that, Chairman Li Yongshui delivered a keynote speech titled “Thirty Years of Pioneering Through Thorns and Trials: Pursuing Dreams, Strengthening Ourselves, and Ushering in a New Chapter.” In his speech, Chairman Li first recalled his entrepreneurial journey, which began on May 8, 1990, with a capital of just 15,000 yuan, six employees, and a single motorcycle—a grassroots start marked by countless hardships and challenges, yet driven forward relentlessly through thick and thin. He said that thirty years may seem like but a fleeting moment in the vast river of history; yet for him and Yongning’er, those thirty years have felt incredibly long and deeply cherished! The arduous journey of striving for survival, overcoming obstacles and climbing steep hills, felt especially prolonged to him as he relived it firsthand. The bittersweet experiences—both the joys and the struggles—along with the rainbow that emerged after the storms, left an indelible and fond memory in his heart! There is no success in this world that comes without effort; only through enduring trials can one truly achieve greatness!

Director Li said, “Over the past thirty years, we’ve persevered through thick and thin, witnessing tremendous changes and transformations. Yongning’er started as a small workshop and has steadily grown—from small to large, from weak to strong—eventually becoming a group company with more than 2,200 employees and whose flagship products rank among the top three in the industry. I’d like to sincerely thank all our colleagues for weathering storms and fighting side by side with the company; and I’d also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to friends and customers from all sectors of society who have contributed to Yongning’er’s endeavors and development! We are deeply grateful for the Party’s excellent policies of reform and opening-up!”

Only then can we guarantee Yongning’er’s sustainable development—moving from one victory to another! No matter how rugged the mountains or how long the road, we remain resolute and unswerving. Over the past 30 years, Yongning’er has steadily grown, transcending the “initial stage” of corporate development and now stepping into a new phase characterized by specialization, systematization, and the ambitious goal of building a large-scale operation with 10,000 looms!

The segment “Top Ten News Events of Yongning’er Group in 2020” vividly recreated the entire journey of Yongning’er’s fight against the epidemic in 2020 and the company’s continuous pursuit of growth and advancement. A solo male vocal performance titled “The You of Yesterday,” delivered by a singer from the Anji base, evoked heartfelt nostalgia and memories of the past. The skit “Walking Through Storms Together,” presented by the group’s headquarters, sincerely conveyed the deep bond and camaraderie among colleagues who stood together through thick and thin. The acrobatic act “Harvest—Straw Hat Kung Fu,” performed by the Hangzhou Acrobatic Troupe, showcased breathtaking skill that left the audience thoroughly impressed. Jiangnan Shijia Pharmaceutical’s “Flash ‘Medicine’ Fashion Show” highlighted the promising future of the pharmaceutical company’s emerging medical protective products industry. Finally, the grand song-and-dance number “We Are All Dream Chasers,” performed by the group’s headquarters team, brilliantly embodied the Yongning’er team’s vibrant energy, youthful enthusiasm, and unwavering spirit of pursuing dreams—a fitting climax to the evening’s festivities. As the gala drew to a close, the senior management team, wearing bright red scarves symbolizing Yongning’er’s “fiery” enterprise, made their way onto the stage. The evening concluded with the entire audience singing “Unforgettable Tonight” together.
