At 8:28 a.m., the conference was solemnly opened in the main conference room of the administrative office building at the Anji base. Representatives from the group company’s functional management team, along with over 330 elite participants—comprising production, sales, and management representatives from 36 sub- and subsidiary companies (operating entities) across various industrial clusters from the two major bases in Xiaoshan and Anji, as well as outstanding frontline employees selected through rigorous evaluation—gathered together to represent the group company’s 2,200 employees. They reviewed the first half-year’s work, shared their achievements, recognized outstanding individuals who had emerged, and rekindled their motivation for the second half of the year, determined to set off anew and strive for even greater accomplishments!

Chairman Li Yongshui analyzed the international and domestic economic situation as well as industry trends in the first half of the year, amid the impact of the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic that broke out in Europe and the U.S., as well as in India. He pointed out that during the first half of the year, the second wave of the pandemic disrupted global trade routes, causing a sharp surge in the prices of synthetic fiber raw materials. Domestically, price wars among industry players escalated rapidly, and costs of production factors rose dramatically, placing unprecedented pressure and challenges on traditional manufacturing enterprises. All employees of Yongninger, in accordance with the company’s strategic plan laid out at the annual meeting, have simultaneously focused on steady operations and enhanced management, achieving a commendable situation in which industrial development and management improvement advance side by side and complement each other—a feat that has been hard-won!

In the first half of the year, the Group’s textile industry cluster maintained close coordination between production and sales, closely monitored market demand, accelerated the upgrading of its product lines, and vigorously promoted differentiated products. Thanks to these efforts, the group successfully stabilized the market and safeguarded Yongninger’s rightful market share and industry standing. In the first half of the year, Jiangnan Shijia Pharmaceutical continued to advance the construction of its new management system and took on the protective clothing industry as part of the company’s extended textile value chain, showcasing new highlights in its exploration and development!
