At 8:28 a.m. on January 12, 2024, Yongning’er Group’s 2023 Annual Summary and New Year Celebration Conference was solemnly held at the Baosheng Shuibo Garden Hotel in Hangzhou. At the entrance, lobby, and foyer of the Shuibo Garden Hotel, massive red banners celebrating Yongning’er Group’s annual conference shone brilliantly. In the main conference hall—the Baosheng Hall—the central screen for the meeting and the banner displaying the conference theme were both dignified, eye-catching, and seamlessly integrated into the overall ambiance.

Representatives from 32 branches (business entities) and functional management departments across the two major bases—Xiaoshan and Anji—gathered at the turn of the year to reflect on the past and chart a course for the future. The conference opened with the rousing sound of the national anthem and the spirited recitation of Yongning’er’s team motto. Dr. Li Yongshui, Chairman of the Board, delivered the annual work report titled “A New Blueprint, New Vision, New Journey.” The conference was chaired by Zhao Weidong, Executive Vice President of the Group Company.

Director Li pointed out: Over the past year, all members of Yongning’er have faced a major “test” marked by dramatic shifts in the international landscape and unprecedented challenges in the market—including rare market weakness, sluggish industry performance, and tightening development resources. Responding adeptly to these changes, Yongning’er Group has taken high-quality development as its guiding principle, focused on intensive operations, tapped deeply into resource potential, extended the industrial chain, and upgraded its product structure. Thanks to the hard work and concerted efforts of all our colleagues, we have preliminarily established a new industrial development pattern that is well-suited to the demands of the new era. As a result, the group as a whole has achieved a valuable state of balanced production and sales, along with stable operations—a feat that has been hard-won indeed!

Regarding the theme of this conference, Director Li pointed out that the Group’s headquarters and the Xiaoshan base have been officially included in the government’s relocation and redevelopment plan. Centered on the Anji base, this major industrial restructuring—aligned with the demands of contemporary development—has given rise to a “new blueprint” for Yongning’er’s business development. In response to the upgrading of consumer demand, the company is shifting from an outward-expansion model focused on scale growth to one that emphasizes enhancing intrinsic quality and competitiveness, thereby building a product line characterized by specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and innovation. This shift will drive the advancement of products toward higher-end markets and greater added value, helping Yongning’er become a “small giant” in its industry, nurturing its corporate brand, and exploring new “blue ocean” business opportunities—thus embodying a “new mindset” for Yongning’er’s future development. By pursuing a path of lean production, building digital factories, and strengthening, supplementing, and extending the industrial chain, Yongning’er will propel its high-quality development and embark on a “new journey” of enterprise growth.

At the meeting, Chairman Li outlined the Group’s overall business guidelines for 2024 and laid out the operational strategies for each industrial cluster. Heads of various business units and heads of functional management departments respectively delivered reports, summaries, and shared their insights with the assembly. General managers and business leaders from standardized subsidiaries (business units) resulting from the reorganization of the textile industry cluster, Jiangnan Shijia Pharmaceutical, the International Foreign Trade Department, and other subsidiaries signed the “2024 Business Target Responsibility Letters” with Chairman Li Yongshui. Several representatives also made solemn commitments to earnestly implement the spirit of this meeting and achieve the 2024 business targets.

On July 20, the 2025 First-Half Business Conference of Yongning’er Group was solemnly held at its production base in Anji, Huzhou. At the Business Work Conference held in the first half of 2025, Chairman Li pointed out that during the first half of the year, the international situation remained turbulent, the global economy struggled to recover, domestic demand contracted, and overcapacity became severe. Internal competition and industry reshuffling were intertwined and compounded. Faced with unprecedented pressures and challenges, Yongning’er Group demonstrated remarkable resilience and adaptability, drawing on its 35-year heritage in management, its robust product portfolio, and its deep market experience. On the morning of March 5, 2025, the kickoff meeting for Yongning’er Group’s digital transformation project was successfully held at the headquarters.
