At the Anji Base of Yongning’er Group, located in the Tianzi Lake Modern Industrial Park in Anji County, Huzhou City, the production workshops are bustling with the steady hum of machinery; various vehicles loaded with fabrics come and go continuously, all moving in perfect order. On July 20, Yongning’er Group held its 2024 First-Half Business Performance Conference in grand style at the Anji Base. At 8:28 a.m., the conference was solemnly opened in the main conference hall of the administrative office building at the Anji base. Representatives from the group company’s functional management team, along with 28 sub- and subsidiary companies (business entities) from the two major bases—Xiaoshan and Anji—covering various industrial sectors, as well as selected outstanding frontline employees, totaling 338 elite participants from all walks of life, gathered together to represent the group company’s 2,300 employees. They summarized the first half-year’s work, shared their achievements, recognized outstanding individuals who had emerged, and rekindled their motivation for moving forward. With this renewed spirit, they are poised to set off again in the second half of the year and strive for even greater accomplishments!

In his report, Chairman Li Yongshui objectively analyzed the international and domestic economic situations as well as industry trends. He comprehensively reviewed and summarized Yongning’er Group’s development strategies and initiatives—designed to meet changing circumstances and the demands of the times—and the phased achievements it has attained in overcoming challenges and breaking through barriers.

Director Li pointed out that in the first half of the year, the global situation underwent dramatic and profound changes, and the recovery of the world economy has been fraught with difficulties. Domestic demand has remained sluggish, industry reshuffling has occurred repeatedly, and the economic landscape has become increasingly severe and complex. Faced with unprecedented pressures and challenges, Yongning’er Group has consistently maintained strategic composure, taking high-quality development as its guiding principle. The group has seized the historic opportunity presented by the relocation of the Xiaoshan base, focused on intensive operations, reorganized its industrial layout, strengthened and supplemented supply chains, and upgraded its product structure. Undaunted by difficulties, Yongning’er has embraced innovation and forged ahead, painting a vibrant “new blueprint” and setting sail with renewed vigor on a “new journey.” Overall, the group’s development has steadily advanced amid challenges, achieving business performance that has exceeded expectations—a hard-won success indeed. In the first half of the year, the Group’s textile industry cluster fully seized the favorable “opportunity” presented by the shift toward finished-product development, upgrading product quality, and enhancing product sophistication. New product development and the establishment of a new customer network progressed in parallel, enabling the cluster to firmly achieve its goals of “maintaining market size and ensuring a balanced production-sales ratio,” thereby safeguarding Yongning’er’s rightful market share and industry standing. In the first half of the year, Jiangnan Shijia Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. accelerated the automation upgrade of its equipment, strengthened its system building, enhanced quality management, and fostered innovation in product R&D, thus driving the company’s steady and robust development!

At 18:00 on July 20, 2024, just after the conclusion of the Yongning’er Group’s first-half business conference, an electrifying tug-of-war match unfolded between the shade cloth industry cluster and the four-way stretch fabric industry cluster, delivering a breathtaking display of intense competition. The sweltering heat was accompanied by waves of cheers and shouts of encouragement, as athletes from both sides focused their energy and fought valiantly. The match remained tightly contested throughout, with neither side able to gain a decisive edge. As a traditional team-building activity designed to liven up the semiannual conference, the outcome of this tug-of-war no longer mattered. What truly mattered was that the competition showcased the Yongning’er spirit of “self-reliance and unyielding perseverance, united in purpose and strength,” and demonstrated the courage and boldness needed to achieve our annual business goals. This added a positive and energetic atmosphere of “striving for excellence and constantly surpassing ourselves” to the semiannual conference.
